Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to drive the marketing strategy for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS, enterprise software, and IT solutions marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities
Product Marketing Manager (Saas/Shopify Apps)
  • Saas or Shopify apps related candidate Preferred
  • Develops strategies to promote and position Shopify apps in the market.
  • Collaborates with the product team to understand app features and benefits.
  • Crafting product positioning that highlights the value of our SaaS products.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Management to understand customer needs and translate them into effective messaging.
  • Providing in-depth competitor analysis and briefing sales teams, product management, and partners.
  • Setting up product onboarding and pricing strategies.
  • Equipping our sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to excel.
  • Creating content and sales materials that support every stage of the customer journey.
  • Collaborating with demand generation to drive effective demand creation strategies.
  • Understanding the buyer journey and developing digital journeys to match.
Product Marketing Manager (Finance Accounting Projects)
  • Specialises in marketing finance and accounting projects.
  • Develops strategies to promote and position accounting solutions.
  • Collaborates with the product team to understand the unique selling points of finance projects.
  • Crafting product positioning that highlights the value of our SaaS products.
  • Collaborates closely with Product Management to understand customer needs and translate them into effective messaging.
  • Providing in-depth competitor analysis and briefing sales teams, product management, and partners.
  • Setting up product packaging and pricing strategies.
  • Equipping our sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to excel.
  • Creating content and sales materials that support every stage of the customer buying journey.
  • Collaborating with demand generation to drive effective demand creation strategies.
  • Understand the buyer journey and develop digital journeys to match.

Skills & Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (an MBA is a strong plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in product messaging and go-to-market activities, with a focus on cloud-native development (SaaS product marketing experience is highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated success in developing solution offerings, from concept to launch and ongoing differentiation.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product management and technology partners to create compelling offerings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work closely with the Demand Generation team and a solid grasp of content marketing, including multimedia and social technologies.
  • Proven experience in a fast-growing company with a track record of delivering results.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
