Job Overview:

We are seeking a B2B Product Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our business-to-business products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding customer needs, market dynamics, and effective marketing tactics to drive product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in developing compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target B2B audiences.
  • Identify emerging CPaaS adoption patterns and industry-specific communication challenges.
  • Translate product features into clear, industry-focused value propositions and use cases.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for each targeted industry, focusing on high-impact business cases that align with the business growth plan.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute product marketing campaigns, including digital, performance and social media marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns and nurture programs for each industry.
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns (email, LinkedIn, performance ads) to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain lead funnels for targeted industries.
  • Create sales materials such as product sheets, presentations, and case studies to assist the sales team in effectively communicating product value and tackle customer’s pain points in relative industry.
  • Help coordinate and promote product through AI tools generating leads.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing strategies for SaaS in the CpaaS B2B environment.
  • Hands-on in performance marketing and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of AI tools related to product marketing.
  • Familiarity with product marketing processes and techniques.
  • Ability to translate technical product features into business value for different industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g.: email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media).
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
