Your role and responsibilities

This position serves as a technical and operational link between our production facilities, sales teams, and business partners, with the goal of enhancing our product portfolio's market visibility, sales performance, and competitive positioning. As a hybrid role that combines marketing and sales responsibilities, it requires significant field presence and effective communication capabilities.


The work model for the role is: {onsite}

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Take end-to-end product ownership of building automation, lighting automation, mechanical automation, energy monitoring & efficiency solutions, and wiring accessories product groups
  • Manage new product launch processes and create technical and commercial promotional content
  • Monitor the competitive positioning of portfolios, develop pricing recommendations and campaign proposals
  • Work closely with sales teams to track project opportunities and provide sales support for relevant product portfolios
  • Engage in visits with partners and projects; join in on product demonstrations, presentations, and activities to develop opportunities; organize and execute training programs for partners
  • Coordinate information flow between production, global teams, sales channels, and partner networks; communicate field feedback to product development processes

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering disciplines
  • At least 5 years of marketing and sales experience in related fields (building automation)
  • Sales-oriented mindset with solid analytical skills and results-driven approach
  • Willing to work at a pace suitable for field visits & Available for travel
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with presentation capabilities
  • Fluent in Turkish and good command of English
