Product Marketing Supervisor
to join our
Marketing Department

What will be expected of you in this role?

Analyze category performance, market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities,

Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations that support category growth and marketing effectiveness,

Act as a bridge between Category and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between category needs and marketing plans,
-
Work closely with Category teams to understand their priorities, expectations, and business challenges,
-
Leverage data sources such as market share, CRM, CX, and sales data to identify opportunities and support the development of impactful initiatives,
-
Contribute to the development and execution of communication plans aligned with category strategies and marketing priorities,
-
Support cross-functional collaboration across internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of category-driven initiatives,
-
Track project progress, coordinate with relevant teams, and support the realization of identified opportunities,

Participate in strategic discussions and projects aimed at improving category performance and customer engagement.
Why you?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field,

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in either brand management/marketing roles within FMCG companies (e.g., Brand Manager or similar brand management roles) or category roles within retail organizations.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights,
-
Experience working with business performance metrics such as sales, market share, customer insights, CRM, or CX data,
-
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams in a dynamic environment,

Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities,
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear business recommendations,

A proactive, solution-oriented team player who is comfortable working cross-functionally,

Strong digital and AI literacy with eagerness to explore new tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and quality of work,

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
