As the Global Project and Process Lead you will be an individual contributor and team member of the Industrial Coatings Strategy Execution Office and will report to the Head of Strategy Execution Office. You will plan, execute, and deliver strategic global projects successfully and ensure that you optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate across teams, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Own the planning and execution of global strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
Collaborate with teams to design and implement streamlined processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and change adoption.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure project alignment and adherence to global standards and manage cultural and operational difference
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across global teams.
To ensure adoption across the organization, lead and help develop communication, change management and training content.
Present regular reports on project status, process improvements, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in business, engineering, marketing, or similar.
7+ years relevant experience in product management, project management, or related.
Hands-on experience drawing relevant insights from data to find solutions to industry challenges.
Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing based on organization needs.
Experience leading process improvement and change management.
A creative need and motivation to improve the operability of processes and workflow.
Ability for cross-functional collaboration and persuading across different levels and organizations.
