Role Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, managing evolving business and technical requirements, and ensuring smooth delivery of value through Agile practices. This role requires a strong understanding of product strategy, stakeholder management, and backlog ownership, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with development teams and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and refine product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
• Requirements & Backlog: Capture, validate, and prioritize requirements; own and manage the product backlog with clear user stories.
• Sprint Planning & Delivery: Set sprint goals, track progress, remove blockers, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage stakeholders, gather feedback, communicate updates, and manage risks.
• Agile & Tools: Lead Agile ceremonies and use Azure DevOps (or similar) for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to define product vision and roadmaps and translate strategic goals into actionable features.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, including sprint management and backlog ownership.
• Skilled in requirements management, with experience capturing, structuring, and validating inputs from diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with stakeholders and balancing competing priorities while aligning with business objectives.
• Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for backlog and sprint tracking.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with the ability to distinguish critical features for maximum business impact.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of aligning technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on backlog quality, team velocity, and stakeholder engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
