Job Description

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Business Analyst related roles, 3+ years of experience in Product Owner related roles
Experience in CRM applications
In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
Understanding of business value related to features and functions
Carrying out benchmark analyzes for the product
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge about UAT and acceptance tests
Experience in Jira, TFS, MS Project Tools
Experience in Process Analysis and documentation (Camunda is plus)
Knowledge about protyping tools (Axure RP and Figma)
Experience in Agile Development methodologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex problems independently
Fluency in English
Experience in Banking is a plus
Experience in Customer Management, Order Management, Payment and Collection Management is a plus
