We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our core product line. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who bridges the gap between business goals, customer needs, and technical delivery, ensuring maximum value is delivered to the customer and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision (30%)

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the designated product area, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user interviews to identify new opportunities and define market requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders, executive leadership, and the development team.

Product Development & Execution (50%)

• Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for one or more scrum teams, continuously refining items to ensure they are clear, concise, and ready for development.
• Define and write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics for all features and functionality.
• Lead Sprint Reviews, planning meetings, and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring the development team fully understands the requirements and business value.
• Accept or reject work completed by the development team, verifying that the delivered solution meets the acceptance criteria and product goals.

Mentorship & Management (20%)

• Utilize three or more years of experience in a senior or managerial capacity to mentor junior Product Owners and business analysts within the department.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and success criteria for the product to measure business value and report results to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile and product management processes within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in a Product Management, Product Owner, or related role, ideally within a productive and challenging environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior or managerial role with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Expert-level knowledge of agile methodologies
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
