Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Agile methodologies and product management practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features and user stories aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client onboarding, requirements, and solution expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear documentation and prioritization.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives).
• Ensure timely delivery of product features in alignment with roadmap and client needs.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables for development teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, UX, operations) to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Track product performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of client onboarding, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering.
• Experience working on planning, delivery, and functional solutioning aspects of projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Certification in CSPO / PSPO or equivalent Agile credentials.
• Exposure to technical delivery or project management environments.
• Experience in digital transformation, SaaS, or enterprise software domains.
