CommandoSoft, a new division of Digital To Design, is an elite software company redefining product creation through our High Quality / High Speed (HQ/HS) execution model. This is a call to join the founding Commando Unit to build our flagship product: FundingDesk.

FundingDesk is a next-generation, AI-powered platform set to revolutionize operational automation and intelligent process management within the Fintech industry. We are looking for disciplined, high-output professionals ready to execute this mission with speed and precision, specifically focusing on the client-side experience.

The Role: Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you are the primary source of clarity and synchronization. You are responsible for defining the product mission, translating it into actionable tasks, and ensuring the team’s high-velocity output aligns precisely with market needs and strategic objectives. This role demands extreme focus, rapid decision-making, and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Mission Clarity & Backlog Ownership: Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog (the mission roadmap), ensuring every user story and feature request directly supports the FundingDesk strategic goals.
• Requirements Synchronization: Work in real-time with developers and stakeholders to translate high-level vision into clear, concise, and executable specifications ("no drama, just delivery").
• High-Speed Decision Making: Serve as the final decision-maker for product scope and definition during synchronized, high-velocity production cycles, removing ambiguities immediately to maintain speed.
• AI Feature Definition: Drive the definition and implementation of the AI-driven components of FundingDesk, experimenting with and integrating emerging AI tools to maximize operational intelligence.
• Market & User Alignment: Maintain a deep understanding of the Fintech landscape, user needs, and competitive intelligence to ensure the Commando Unit is focused on building the "intelligent shortcuts" that collapse time for our customers.
• HQ/HS Execution: Champion the High Quality / High Speed methodology, valuing direct communication, clarity over politics, and execution over excuses.

Who You Are: The Commando Profile

We are seeking Commandos—disciplined, high-output professionals who view product development as a mission and thrive in structured, synchronized environments.

Discipline & Focus: You are a high-discipline, high-output professional who executes product strategy with precision and accountability.

Clarity & Structure: You crave clarity and prefer structure and autonomy over chaos and committee-driven processes.

Fintech Acumen: You possess strong domain knowledge in the Fintech or Financial Services industry.

Decision Velocity: You are comfortable making rapid, high-stakes product decisions to keep the development velocity high.

Product Ownership Experience: Proven track record in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Engineer role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

AI Fascination: You are fascinated by emerging AI tools and technologies and are focused on integrating them to create market advantage.

Schedule & Environment

Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT).

Environment: Full-day command-center sessions; synchronized, high-velocity production cycles requiring real-time engagement.

Positions: Full-time only (no part-time or freelance).

Location: In-house or Remote.
