Key Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to write clear user stories & manage backlog
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Jira, Bitrix24, or similar tools
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Basic UX understanding
• Experience with data-driven decision making
• Technical background (CS/IT) is a plus
