We are looking for a
Product Owner
who will help shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of our next-generation
Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) and Dynamic Data Masking (DDM) platform.
This role focuses on building highly secure, scalable, real-time monitoring and data protection capabilities across enterprise database environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Product Owner for our DAM & DDM solutions, defining product vision, roadmap, user stories, and success criteria.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to determine product positioning and identify new opportunities.

Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand technical and operational requirements.

Translate customer needs and product strategy into clear, actionable feature specifications for the engineering team.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of product features.

Support deployment strategies and assist solution architects in successful customer rollouts.

Create product documentation, release notes, feature briefs, and training materials.
-
Continuously monitor industry trends, compliance standards, and emerging database security threats to guide product evolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years experience in database administration, software product ownership, business analysis, or technical product management.

Strong understanding of relational database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and cloud-native database services.

Experience working with database clients like DBeaver, MS SQL Server Management Studio, TOAD.

Hands-on experience in SQL, including analyzing query behaviors, performance, and stored procedures.

Practical knowledge of database security concepts, including least privilege access, auditing, encryption, data masking, and anomaly detection.

Familiarity with DAM solutions, SIEM integration, and real-time monitoring pipelines is highly valuable.

Understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, and KVKK.

Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.

Experience working within Agile methodologies and using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Ability to design and map use cases, workflows, and data protection scenarios.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into actionable product features.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with Database Activity Monitoring, Dynamic Data Masking, or application-level data protection solutions.

Familiarity with behavioral analytics, machine learning based anomaly detection, or data classification frameworks.

Scripting or familiarity with languages such as Python, Java, Go, or PowerShell to understand development workflows.

Experience integrating DAM tools with SIEM, SOAR, and IAM/PAM ecosystems.
