The ideal candidate for this role will be liaising with people taking decisions about a product and the people developing it, will gather the customer needs, define and order the Product Backlog, plan how to realize the Backlog together with the team, and decide when the product increments can be released to the customers.
Responsibilites:

Work with the Product Owner and the technical teams to ensure the project standards implementation and communicates the changes in an efficient manner

Detail design of the solution including: functional specification, use cases, interfaces, workflows. Perform analysis to define requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution

Establish relationships with the client’s stakeholders through deep understanding of the business domain

Represent the business when dealing with project stakeholders; regular on-site presence

Work closely and collaboratively with Agile development teams
Requriements:

At least 2 years of technical project delivery experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience gathering requirements and translating into user requirements, data engineering, data science, or software engineering experience

Technical background in development or testing is a plus

Background in engineering, technology, or UX preferred

Experience as a Proxy Product Owner / Product Manager with software products

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle

Experience in Agile methodologies

Strong negotiation and leadership skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort in speaking with senior leaders

Must be a strong collaborator, team player, and individual contributor

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
