Product Owner

Our client is a leading software services provider in the software industry located in Istanbul. We are looking for a "Product Owner". The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with the overall strategy. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management in the insurance industry.
• To follow domestic and international products/applications, benchmarking analysis and share with product members, keep up-to-date with digital trends.
• To help develop product development strategies that can find growth support in the sector or in new areas.
• Conduct customer interviews to identify and prioritize needs, new opportunities, and the product's core and development points.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design and ability to design in Figma design tool.
• Ability to use tools such as Miro/FigJam to track product management activities.
• Have experience in working with agile project management principles and being able to use Jira.
• Stay in communication with product, design, and software teams to understand and coordinate product strategy, road map, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary communication point for the development team, answering questions and providing clarification on user stories.
• Identify and address product issues and defects, working closely with maintenance teams to resolve them; review bug and enhancement requests from customers to develop permanent solutions.
