The
Product Owner
acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team, ensuring that the software product delivers
maximum value
and aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
You will be responsible for
defining the product vision

managing the product backlog
, and
guiding Agile teams
throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Vision & Strategy

Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

Represent the voice of the customer and ensure alignment between user needs and business value.
2. Backlog Management
-
Create, prioritize, and refine the product backlog with well-defined epics, features, and user stories.

Ensure all backlog items have clear acceptance criteria and remain transparent and updated.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration

Engage with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate progress.

Collaborate closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
4. Sprint Planning & Execution

Work with the Scrum Master and development team to plan sprints and ensure clarity on goals and priorities.

Participate actively in sprint ceremonies — planning, reviews, and retrospectives — and validate completed work against defined criteria.
5. Market & Customer Insights

Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive data to drive informed product decisions.

Continuously identify opportunities to enhance product value and customer satisfaction.
6. Quality & Delivery

Ensure features delivered meet business objectives, technical quality, and user expectations.

Manage trade-offs between scope, quality, and delivery timelines to optimize results.
Requirements
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Business Administration
, or a related field.

5+ years
of experience as a
Product Owner
,
Business Analyst
, or similar role in
Agile software development
.

Strong understanding of
Scrum
and
Agile principles
.

Experience defining and managing
product backlogs
and
roadmaps
.
Skills & Competencies

Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and requirements.

Agile tools

FLUENT ENGLISH
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

SaaS
