Product Owner Head

Overview:

The Product Owner Head leads the team of product owners within the Product Team, ensuring that all product development efforts are aligned with ADC’s strategic goals and customer needs. The role bridges business strategy and technical execution by managing product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration across delivery squads.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of product owners to ensure clarity in product vision, ownership, and delivery.

• Translate business objectives into product roadmaps and actionable backlogs across teams.

• Establish consistent product ownership frameworks across squads, ensuring alignment with agile principles.

• Collaborate with commercial, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to align product planning with customer needs.

• Ensure backlog prioritization reflects business value, urgency, and stakeholder expectations.

• Monitor product KPIs and customer feedback to guide iterative improvements.

• Represent the product vision to internal and external stakeholders.

• Standardize documentation and governance for all product development efforts.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (MBA preferred).

Experience:

• +8 years of experience in product management, including at least 5 in leadership roles.

Skills:

• Agile product delivery, backlog management, stakeholder alignment, customer-focused design.
