Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Mortgage to lead the development and enhancement of mortgage products for one of our prestigious banking clients in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the Saudi banking ecosystem, SAMA regulations, and a proven track record in real estate financing, both digital and conventional.

Key Responsibilities

Manage mortgage products across multiple categories:

Off-plan homes

Ready homes

Self-financed properties

Commercial real estate

Government-subsidised and zero-subsidised programs

Ensure full SAMA compliance in all product features and processes.

Lead digital transformation initiatives – driving digital mortgage origination and servicing platforms.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings to optimize product performance.

Key Skills & Experience

5–10 years of product ownership or management experience in Mortgage or Real Estate Finance.

5–10 years of product ownership in Banking

Strong knowledge of Saudi Banking ecosystem and SAMA regulations.

Experience with digital mortgage solutions (online portals, APIs, mobile apps).

Proven success in complete product launching or enhancing mortgage portfolios from scratch in banking environments.

Solid understanding of government housing programs and subsidy mechanisms.

Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and delivery ownership.
