Product Owner/Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Delivery Lead located in Bengaluru. The Product Delivery Lead will oversee the end-to-end delivery of software products, manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the quality and timely release of products. This role involves stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Senior Product Owner, or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with hands-on experience in agile product development.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex product backlogs and consistently delivering high-value features on schedule.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and QA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down intricate challenges into actionable steps.
• Experience partnering closely with Product Managers to convert strategic goals into well-defined tasks and deliverables.
• Proficient in product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
