We are looking for a dynamic Product Owner to lead the design and development of a D365 CRM platform tailored for heavy machinery dealerships.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in D365, AI, and the heavy machinery industry to drive innovation, optimize workflows, and deliver intelligent solutions that enhance visibility and efficiency for our clients.
Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Roadmap:

Execute and map the product vision for our dealer-focused D365 CRM

Develop a strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs

Collaborate with customers to drive CRM-driven business process improvements

End-to-End Sales Cycle Enablement:

Design and implement features supporting lead management, quoting, order processing, and invoicing

Ensure seamless integration between D365 CRM and existing dealer systems and ERP platforms

Sales Tech Innovation:

Introduce AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automation to optimize sales rep tasks

Implement tools for real-time visibility into pipeline, inventory, and customer engagement
-
Develop context-driven AI agents to improve efficiency, surface hidden insights, and recommend growth areas

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with dealers, sales teams, and service managers to gather and prioritize requirements

Partner with engineering and UX teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions

Performance Optimization:

Monitor CRM adoption and effectiveness; identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Drive initiatives to increase dealer engagement and revenue growth
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering (Master's degree is a plus)

Product management experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or dealership technology

Proven experience as a Product Owner in CRM or Sales Enablement platforms, particularly with D365
-
Strong understanding of dealer networks, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial equipment

Expertise in sales processes (machines, rentals, parts, service) and lifecycle management

Foundational understanding of AI and experience building products driven by AI agents

Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or equivalent certification)
