Job Description
The candidate will be working in a cross functional environment to manage required solutions partnerships end-to-end in the product department. This will include engagements with potential partners, business development team, technology team, etc.
Responsibilities

Build partnerships strategy to diversify NI offerings and introduce new revenue streams

Identify potential partners that will complement NI value proposition and diversify solutions offering

Execute end-to-end partner onboarding process that will include potential partner identification, RFI/RFP process, qualification and selection process, operating model and commercial negotiations, business case builds and approvals, agreement signing, etc.

Engage with products and business development teams to understand market and clients need to bridge the gap through partnerships

Manage NI selected partners and execute joint strategy to enable wining cross-sell opportunities and new prospects

Engage in prospects/clients RFI/RFP processes from products perspectives to develop, manage & extend product commercials, proposal templates, collaterals, partner and client contracts, scope of works, etc.

Build and maintain internal and external SLA, policy and procedures, pricing model, etc. to effectively manage NI and partner relationship

Build, maintain, and enhance GTM collaterals for partner solutions in alignment with local and regional requirements

Support technology team understanding the core partners solution functionalities to streamline product deployment, enhancements and integration with other NI solutions

Engage with internal control departments i.e. compliance, risk management, information security, etc. teams to ensure partner products are aligned with NI standards and compliance frameworks

Drive all commercial arrangements whilst, managing a competitive positioning for NI

Act as escalation point internally within other teams in resolving issues with partners

Communicate effectively with partners to resolve issues and ensure market interests are being met
Qualifications
The candidate is expected to have the following experience and skills as minimum qualification requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or similar fields

Masters degree or MBA is a plus

Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience

Theoretical Knowledge and practical experience of payments ecosystem – solutions, products, high-level technical, and project
-
KSA payments ecosystem knowledge and practical experience.

Prior track record experience as payments solution product manager, solution architect, or account manager in financial industry

Knowledge and experience of banking and payments products and systems
-
Extensive experience and ability to work with clients/prospects as a service provider, consultant, or change management

Ability to work in a cross functional environment in a proactive fashion

Knowledge of Network International products, platforms and systems is a super-plus
