Product Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Product Procurement Specialist to join our Purchasing Team at our Head Office in Eyüp Sultan, Istanbul .

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
• Experience in purchasing home appliances is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Advanced level of English (written and verbal)
• SAP experience is preferred
• No restrictions for domestic travel
• Strong communication and negotiation skills , with a team-oriented mindset
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
• Valid Class B driver’s license and ability to actively drive
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product procurement is preferred

• Conduct price and technical analyses for product purchasing activities
• Maintain regular communication with manufacturers and identify new potential suppliers
• Enter and update product information in the ERP system
• Support the tracking and coordination of ongoing product projects
• Manage communication with suppliers regarding pricing, product features, compliance, and delivery
• Coordinate between the Purchasing Department and other internal teams to ensure smooth information flow
• Participate in the request for quotation (RFQ) process
• Share updates on order status and other relevant procurement information with internal stakeholders
• Maintain records and follow up on procurement documentation and forms
• Prepare monthly purchasing reports and present them to senior management
• Plan business trips and meetings , prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
