✅ Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical or project procurement (preferably in contracting companies),
• Good knowledge of construction materials (steel, concrete, glass, etc.),
• Ability to read technical specifications, material drawings, and catalogs (knowledge of at least one CAD or design software),
• Experienced in supplier management, contract follow-up, and cost analysis,
• Proficient in MS Office and preferably ERP systems (Logo, SAP, etc.),
• Strong negotiation, communication, reporting, and planning skills,
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency,
• Disciplined in time and process management, with analytical thinking skills,
• No travel restrictions; active driver,
• (For male candidates) Military service completed,
• Team-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused; enjoys working and producing in a dynamic environment,
• Preferred: experience with sports facilities or special structure materials,
• Preferred: experience in import/export procurement processes (domestic & international),
• Preferred: experience in site coordination.

🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze material and equipment requirements received from technical office and project teams,
• Identify products in line with technical specifications and manage quotation processes,
• Conduct supplier research, develop new vendors, and evaluate existing ones based on performance criteria,
• Negotiate effectively with suppliers on price, quality, warranty, and delivery terms,
• Create purchase orders and follow up shipment and delivery processes through the ERP system,
• Verify technical compliance and quality documentation of received materials,
• Develop alternative material and supplier analyses to improve cost efficiency,
• Collaborate closely with site, factory, warehouse, and HQ teams to ensure continuous material supply,
• Maintain and follow up all contracts and purchasing documents, and prepare supplier performance reports.
