Job Title: Product Promotion Specialist (Ürün Tanıtım Uzmanı)
Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Assess, manage, and proactively report potential risks within the area of responsibility, providing timely updates to management.
Promote our product portfolio to healthcare professionals by effectively communicating product benefits.
Achieve defined KPIs in line with sales, profitability, and growth objectives.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies tailored to healthcare professionals.
Monitor competitor activities, report key insights, and contribute to achieving market share targets.
Execute commercial and trade marketing activities for food supplement products in assigned pharmacies.
Organize meetings with healthcare professionals and accurately enter product-related data into the Electronic Territory Management System (ETMS).
Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical knowledge related to the products.
Effectively manage the expense budget and control related expenditures.
Prepare daily activity reports on a regular basis and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all processes.
Strong sales skills with a target-oriented mindset.
Excellent relationship management skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong analytical thinking and strategic perspective.
Ability to communicate medical product information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in line with customer needs.
Bachelor’s degree
Preferably 2–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry,
Valid driver’s license with active driving ability,
Proficiency in MS Office and IMS systems,
Strong product and industry knowledge,
Experience in sales and marketing,
Holder of a ÜTE Certificate,
Basic financial knowledge.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, medical, and trade marketing).
Proven ability to build trust-based, collaborative relationships and contribute positively to a team-oriented culture.
