Product Proxy Owner

About the Job:

As a Proxy Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and delivered through high-quality product increments. You will support the Product Owner in defining, prioritizing, and delivering a product backlog while working closely with agile delivery teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of technical project delivery experience
• At least 1 year of experience gathering requirements and translating them into user or technical requirements
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Experience as a Proxy Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role with software products
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional Agile teams and business stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Background in engineering, technology, UX, data engineering, data science, software engineering, or testing (preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Strong collaboration skills with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
