We are seeking a Product Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance for decommissioned network hardware operations. The role ensures inspection accuracy, compliance, and optimal disposition outcomes (reuse/remarket/scrap) across inbound inspection, de-kitting, and inventory processing workflows.
Key Skills & Experience
4-7 years in IT hardware lifecycle, Product Quality, supply chain or ITAD
Strong understanding of network hardware (racks, chassis, optics, cables, PDUs)
Experience in Lean / Six Sigma / RCA methodologies
Proficiency in data analysis, quality metrics, and process optimization
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
Define and enforce quality standards across:
o Inbound inspection (damage, completeness, labelling, COO, S/N validation)
o Inventory de-kitting and classification
o Disposition routing (Reuse / Remarket / Scrap)
Establish audit frameworks, sampling plans, and quality KPIs
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for defects, mismatches, and process deviations
Ensure 100% traceability between system (ProcureAnt) and physical inventory
Drive continuous improvement in inspection accuracy, cycle time, and reuse yield
Partner with operations teams to improve remarketing value and defect reduction
Support audit compliance (internal/external) and process standardization
Lead training, certification, and quality governance for operations teams
