PRODUCT SOURCING OFFICER (CORPORATE GIFTS)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Giveaways and Corporate Gifts Sourcing Experience (MUST)
Managing and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Raising Inquiries Reviewing, comparing, & preparing LPOs and services to be purchased.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

Job Experience: Preferably 3-5 Years in Gifts and Advertising in UAE
Knows how to deal with suppliers for Corporate Gifts, Stationery, Giveaways and souvenirs.
Personality traits: Ability to work under pressure, under minimal supervision
Other Qualification: familiarity with Logistics Operation (customs clearance and documentation both air and sea shipments)
* Product Sourcing and Procurement background, Manufacturing and production background, logistics operation background.

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Sourcing from China, India, US, Europe & Middle East.
Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
