Product, Sourcing, Warehouse and QC Merchandiser

Previous working experience with a Buying house is mandatory for this job.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Production for product development, Sourcing & Vendor management for Decorative, lifestyle products (home decor and soft furnishing)
• Lead and manage production for soft goods (scarves, leather bags, home furnishing, jewelry) and packaging.
• Constantly look for new products & vendors and maintain a database of existing vendors for sourcing of products at better price.
• Complete vendor management ie. Plan, communicate & coordinate with vendors, negotiations, factory visits, manage & ensure timely deliveries on production. End-to-end sampling and new product procurement/ approval process.
• Manage daily dispatches of packages and other day to day operational activities.
• Maintain and manage the entire warehouse of the company.
• Check and ensure best quality of product is delivered by the vendors.
• Manage company's Logistics & packaging for online & offline orders.
• Should have extremely good problem solving skills.
• Open to travel across different cities for sourcing and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years’ experience in Decorative product sourcing and development required ( Home Decor and soft furnishing) .
• Knowledge of market, product construction and understanding of raw materials properties, wood, metals, glass, paper and finishes required.
• Knowledge of printing and product packaging .
• Logistics, packaging and coordination experience.
• Proactive approach to problem solving, adapt quickly to changes.

Requirements

• Should have their own vehicle for travelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
