Head of Product (Skincare) — NPD & Formulations (Dubai) | Full‑time or Fractional

The role (80/20): Own the product roadmap—from formulation to packaging—that customers love and rebuy.

Key outcomes (90–180 days):

• Launch 2–4 high‑impact SKUs (or V2 reformulations) with target repurchase rates.
• COGS ↓ 10–15% via supplier and packaging optimization.
• Claims & compliance pack; stability/safety documentation tightened.
• Build NPD pipeline & testing (sensory, efficacy, UGC trials).
• AOV ↑ via bundles/regimens.

What you’ll do

• Lead NPD with contract manufacturers; own briefs, benchmarks, QA.
• Partner with Growth on positioning/claims; with Operations on supply/quality.
• Steward brand standards across formula, fragrance, sustainability.

Must‑haves

• Cosmetics/skincare product development and vendor management.
• Understanding of INCI, claims substantiation, stability, basic regulatory.
• Portfolio of launched SKUs with results.

Compensation & benefits

• Full‑time base: AED 14,000–18,000 (Senior)
• Visa, health insurance, annual leave per UAE law.
