Product Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Product Specialist with proven experience in the aesthetic medical devices industry.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of CO₂ lasers, Q-Switch, RF, and other aesthetic technologies , along with a solid track record in sales and client relationship management. This is a critical role in expanding our presence in the UAE market, engaging with clinics, hospitals, and key opinion leaders to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a portfolio of medical aesthetic devices to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and workshops for clients.
• Provide ongoing clinical and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and KOLs.
• Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and expand the client base.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, service) to deliver seamless customer support.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical device sales within the aesthetics industry.
• Technical exposure to CO₂ lasers, Q-Switch, RF, and related aesthetic technologies.
• Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Established network within the region's healthcare and aesthetics market.
• Willingness to travel across the region to meet clients and support business needs.
