Product Specialist

We’re partnering with a global leader in dental technology to find a Product Specialist who will take ownership of their dental consumables business across the Middle East.

About the Role

As Product Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing the hygiene and prophylaxis business in your region - supporting education for both distributors and dental professionals. You’ll act as the expert voice in the field, combining scientific understanding with commercial acumen to promote solutions that make a real difference in clinical practice.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth and expand the hygiene and prophylaxis portfolio across the Middle East.
• Identify and prioritise new business opportunities while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Organise and deliver regular product training for dealers and end users to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
• Prepare and conduct educational activities such as lectures, workshops, and KOL meetings.
• Work closely with dealers to support their sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
• Build lasting relationships with dental professionals across private and government sectors.
• Collaborate with the global hygiene team and headquarters to share insights and align on strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a dentist, dental hygienist, or dental consumables sales professional.
• Proven ability to grow sales and develop new business within the dental sector.
• Confident presenter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Comfortable travelling regularly across the region
• Based in the UAE (ideally Dubai).
