Product Specialist

A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Product Specialist for their Riyadh office.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Build and maintain professional long-term customer relationships with key stakeholders.
• Achieving sales revenue, objectives and targets for assigned products.
• Dealing with customer complaints & implementing corrective actions.
• Identifying product improvements.
• Prepare and implement client visit plans.
• Providing customer training and support.
• Conducting market research and analysing industry trends.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Medical Devices industry.
• Must have Cardiovascular experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
• Must have distributor management experience.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
