Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Promote and position assigned products to healthcare professionals through regular visits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Conduct product presentations, marketing activities, and territory coverage plans.
• Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical promotion standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or product promotion (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan territory coverage effectively and meet targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about fieldwork.
