We invite you to join our Mobility Tribe Department under the Rent a Car Unit as “Product Specialist – Connected Car”

So, what responsibilities does the Product Specialist – Connected Car?


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones,
  • Manage the product life cycles for offerings within the IoT systems framework,
  • Analyze and assess the financial and technical impact of new product features to provide valuable input to the product development process,
  • Apply agile methodologies to actively participate in sprint planning and development cycles,
  • Ensure clear and accurate communication of business unit requirements to the product team, contributing to effective prioritization,
  • Develop and execute communication plans related to product enhancements; regularly share updates with stakeholders and organize training sessions for business units during go-live phases,
  • Take an active role within the agile product team, contributing to the definition and execution of the team’s vision,
  • Create test scenarios for software developed by the engineering team, perform testing activities, and provide guidance based on test results.


What are the Required Qualifications?


  • Bachelor’s degree from a university, preferably in Engineering,
  • Preferably at least 2 year of hands-on experience in product development practices,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
  • Experienced in Project/Product Management, Business Analysis, and Agile methodologies (especially Scrum),
  • Strong strategic communication and analytical thinking skills,
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented mindset,
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English,
  • Ability to establish effective communication channels with both internal and external customers,
  • Capable of making decisions based on financial and technological developments.
