Product Specialist - Easer L & 10S

Mission of the Role

It all starts with people. People like you. Join us a Product Specialist. You will play an essential role in enhancing customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and maintain a competitive edge by providing expert technical support, training, and product knowledge for Easer L & E10 S machines.

Your Mission:

• Advise customers on asset strategy for the product (Easer L & E10 S) and other related drilling equipment.
• Provide holistic technical advice on hydraulics and mechanical components for new product and drilling fleet.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Defect Elimination as required (analysis and reports of components).
• Provide tailored training to suit career development for customer's employees and Epiroc Technicians and coaching to operators on the correct drilling techniques.
• Organize and maintain drill fleet in performance management program and assist in monthly reporting.
• Conduct training and mentoring to increase product knowledge and exposure to
• enhance the overall team knowledge
• Recommend and or develop process changes to improve equipment performance to better meet customer's needs.
• In addition to the above, respond to client learning and development requirements, provide appropriate technical support and advice in order to meet/exceed client expectations.

Your Profile:

• An undergraduate qualification (Bachelors / Honours degree or equivalent) in a
• relevant technical discipline (e.g. Electro - Mechanical Engineering).
• Trade Qualified - Minimum Certificate III in Electro - Mechanical Engineering or related heavy diesel qualifications.
• Knowledge of relevant underground drilling fleet equipment (Easer L & E10 S would be an advantage).
• Considerable experience on RCS, CCS, CES system, automation and technology systems is preferred.
• MS Excel and Word Basic, SAP knowledge.
