Product Specialist (New Grad)

We’re looking for a Product Specialist (New Grad) to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our live games and upcoming titles. You’ll work closely with product managers, artists, and engineers to help drive the performance and fun factor of our games, starting from day one.

Responsibilities

• Analyze player behavior and game metrics to identify improvement areas
• Support the design and iteration of engaging game features and mechanics
• Conduct competitor and market research to inspire innovation
• Help set up, monitor, and interpret A/B tests to guide product decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, artists, and data experts

Requirements

• Recent graduate or in your final year
• Passion for mobile games and curiosity about how games are built
• Data-savvy and eager to learn how to extract insights from metrics
• Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail
• Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems with others
• Enjoys working as part of a team and believes the best outcomes come from shared effort
