Product Support Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and skilled engineers to join for an Product Support role ,focused on the design ,development,and testing of cutting-edge Electronics and Electronic vehicle (EV) technologies.The role will involve the development of embedded controllers ,Arduino UNO, FPGA -based systems, and digital communication systems , SDR, IOT for advanced applications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Hardware and system software for advanced electronics application ,including embedded controllers ,arduino UNO ,FPA system,Digital communication,internet of things for agriculture,Internet of things for smart city,Artificial Intelligence to enhance performance performance and meet evolving customer needs.

• Develop and implement digital communication systems for robust data transfer and processing. Integrate communication protocols (e.g., wireless, wired) into embedded systems for IoT applications.
• Leverage AI and machine learning algorithms to enhance system performance and predictive capabilities in real-time applications.
• Implement AI-based solutions to automate processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions for evolving market demands.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in embedded systems, IoT, AI, and digital communications to continuously improve product offerings

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE .
• Strong technical background in electronic/high-tech products, with a deep understanding of product functionality and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to interact with clients, sales teams, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills & experience).
