Job Title: Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) – Generators/Gensets

Location: Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) with a strong background in diesel generator spare parts sales and aftermarket support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with generators and a proven track record of developing business within the rental power, construction, oil & gas, defence, and industrial sectors.

This role focuses on promoting genuine spare parts, developing long-term customer relationships, identifying aftermarket opportunities, and achieving sales growth across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell genuine generator/Gensets spare parts and aftermarket solutions.
• Develop and manage relationships with customers in rental power, construction, oil & gas, defence, and industrial sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through parts sales and service support.
• Conduct customer visits to assess equipment requirements and recommend spare parts solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure excellent customer support.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in generator spare parts sales or product support sales.
• Strong knowledge of generators/Gensets.
• Experience in generator parts identification, catalogues, and aftermarket solutions.
• UAE market experience is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Experience:

• Engine repowering projects.
• Exposure to rental power companies.
• Experience dealing with oil & gas, construction, defence, military, or UN projects.
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.

Compensation:
Competitive salary + performance incentives + company benefits.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
