Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface mockups.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive and engaging user flows.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across all platforms.
• Align design decisions with overall product strategy and business goals.

Skill & Experience

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Strong command of UX principles, user flows, and wireframing.
• Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for effective developer collaboration.
• Excellent visual communication, storytelling, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
