Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for Virtual POS solutions based on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer experience insights.
• Define product strategy and roadmap for both new features and enhancements to existing Virtual POS offerings.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the fintech ecosystem, especially payment systems, acquiring, and e-money institutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and IT teams to identify needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Translate customer expectations and UX feedback into well-defined requirements and user stories.
• Track and report on product performance, business development activities, and revenue forecasts.
• Negotiate product-related agreements with clients and partners when necessary.
• Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., PCI-DSS, 3D Secure, PSD2) and assess their impact on Virtual POS.
• Drive product updates using innovative technologies and ensure competitive advantage.
• Coordinate across all product development phases: analysis, design, development, testing, licensing, and launch.
• Participate actively in UAT processes to ensure quality before release.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech, Payment Facilitator (PF), or banking, with a focus on acquiring or Virtual POS products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in roles such as Business Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner, preferably in digital payments or fintech.
• Strong analytical skills, documentation ability, and experience defining user stories.
• Understanding of payment systems software, processing services, and related technical terminology.
• Experience managing IT delivery projects from concept to completion.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
