Print Production & Graphic Design Associate

Wildcat Printworks is a new print shop serving the local area, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented employee to help with graphic design, print production, customer service, and order fulfillment.

This position is a hands-on role that will involve working directly with customer artwork, preparing files for print, operating production equipment, packaging finished orders, answering phones, helping walk-in customers, and providing quotes.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and prepare customer artwork for print
• Use Adobe Photoshop for design and file adjustments
• Use Adobe InDesign when needed; experience is preferred
• Operate production printers, cutters, and related print shop equipment
• Package completed customer orders accurately and professionally
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions
• Help walk-in customers with print orders and design needs
• Provide pricing estimates and quotes for print jobs
• Review files for sizing, quality, bleed, margins, and print readiness
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and efficient
• Assist with daily shop operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop is required
• Adobe InDesign experience is preferred
• Graphic design or print shop experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and learn production equipment
• Comfortable working on multiple orders and deadlines
• Reliable, organized, and willing to help in different areas of the shop

Production equipment experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person on our printers, cutters, and print production workflow.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has a good eye for design, understands basic print file setup, is comfortable working with customers, and is willing to learn the production side of a growing print shop.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Pay: Based on experience
