Production and Planning Control

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager to join our growing mechanical services and manufacturing team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master degree in Mech Engg. preferred)

Minimum 20 years of experience in Production Planning & Control within mechanical fabrication, manufacturing, oil & gas, structural steel, precision engineering, or related industries

Strong knowledge of:

Production planning & scheduling

Material planning and inventory control

ERP systems

Shop floor coordination

Capacity planning

Cost control and productivity monitoring

Manufacturing processes and workflow optimization

Ability to coordinate with Production, Procurement, Design, QA/QC, and Project teams

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

GCC/UAE experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet project delivery targets

Monitor production progress and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery

Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material availability

Prepare production reports, KPIs, and progress tracking

Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and delivery requirements

Lead and manage the PPC department effectively

Preferred:

Experience in mechanical fabrication/manufacturing industry

Strong understanding of ISO systems and production KPIs

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
