We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing company in Golden Valley looking for a motivated, skilled, and positive individual to join our team as a Production Artist. This role is responsible for creating and preparing artwork for screen printing, digital printing, and converting processes.
The ideal candidate will ensure that all customer requirements, specifications, and guidelines are met while contributing to continuous improvement across production workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and prepare artwork for screen printing, digital printing, and converting using customer specifications and company standards.
- Convert and format design files into production-ready formats, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and manufacturability.
- Review, interpret, and apply customer part requirements, prints, and guidelines to all artwork and layouts.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to verify artwork accuracy and resolve design‑related questions.
- Maintain file organization, version control, and documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize workflow.
- Perform quality checks to ensure artwork meets production capability and customer expectations.
- Support pre‑press and production teams by preparing separations, die lines, templates, and related assets.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design or relative experience
- At least 2 Years experience in production art, pre‑press, and engineering art
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of color theory, print processes, and file preparation for manufacturing.
- Familiarity with screen printing, digital printing, and converting processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision and an emphasis on following documented procedures
- Must be detail oriented and quality focused
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Perform multiple tasks in a fast paced and changing environment

Regular hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00a.m.-2:30p.m.
Hourly Rate Range: $25-$30 per hour
