Job Title: Surgical Production Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a Surgical Production Assistant with hands-on experience in manufacturing and knowledge of surgical instruments. The role involves supporting daily production, ensuring product quality, solving problems on the floor, and preparing reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production of surgical instruments.
• Monitor workflow and resolve or escalate issues.
• Maintain product quality and compliance with standards.
• Prepare and submit production reports.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ production experience (surgical/medical field preferred).
• Knowledge of surgical items and materials.
• Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
