Position Details

• Job Title: Video Editor (Fresh Graduate)
• Location: Karachi – Onsite (KITCC)

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

• Edit raw footage into powerful videos for campaigns, events, and awareness drives.
• Create reels, shorts, donor appreciation videos, and social media promos.
• Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling.

Camera Operations & Photography

• Assist in camera setup, lighting, and framing for interviews and events.
• Record video and capture photos during patient stories, awareness programs, and donor activities.
• Support live coverage of events and in-house video shoots.

Podcast Production

• Support KITCC’s podcast series by assisting in recording, editing, and mixing.
• Add music, voiceovers, and sound effects for engaging episodes.
• Repurpose podcast content into short video clips for social platforms.

Creative Content Support

• Collaborate with writers and designers to bring ideas to life.
• Experiment with new formats: vlogs, short films, testimonial videos, and documentary-style projects.
• Support in content planning for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh Graduate in Media Sciences, Film, Digital Media, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop .
• Interest in camera handling, photography, and podcast editing.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling instincts.
• Passionate about working in the nonprofit / social impact sector.
• Team player with strong time management and communication skills.
