We are currently looking for a Production Assistant to join our team in Oman.

Your Mission

The Production Assistant is responsible for carrying out hands-on production activities on the factory floor, contributing directly to the manufacturing process and overall output quality. This role involves executing daily production tasks, maintaining product quality standards, supporting inventory and reporting activities, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role requires physical dexterity, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced production environment.

Your Impact

• Assist Production Supervisor in planning and performing production related activities.
• Follow production schedules and priorities as directed by the Production Supervisor to meet manufacturing objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Identify and report production issues to the Production Supervisor and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain GMP regulations and documentation processes.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping across all areas.
• Ensure that manufactured product meets customer specifications.
• Communicate production updates and errors to Production Supervisor on regular basis.
• Generate production related reports to Production Supervisor and customers when needed.
• Communicate complex issues to Production Supervisor for immediate resolution.
• Perform daily production activities like gluing logo buttons on the bottle, crimping collars on the filled bottles, cleaning the bottles, fixing collars, fixing actuators, fixing caps and aligning them, checking box quality, placing bottles in the box, sticking labels on the box, batch coding the box and bottles appropriately and cello-wrapping the box.
• Counting the stock manufacturing and recording in the report.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and always wear appropriate PPE.
• Attend training sessions and toolbox talks as required to maintain competency and awareness.
• Support line changeovers, equipment cleaning, and preparation for new production runs.
