Roles and responsibilities:

• Oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the production floor to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Manages workforce allocation, attendance, and performance to ensure optimal productivity and resource utilization.
• Develops and implements efficient assembly line plans to meet production schedules and minimize downtime
• Sets, monitors, and ensures achievement of production goals on a daily and monthly basis in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Prepares and maintains accurate production reports, analyzing data to support continuous improvement and decision-making.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must hold an ITI or Diploma qualification in a relevant technical field.
• The candidate must have at least one year of hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment, which demonstrates their familiarity with industrial processes and workplace dynamics.
• Prior experience in the water industry will be considered an added advantage, as it indicates familiarity with industry-specific standards, practices, and technologies.
• Languages preferred: Hindi, English, Telugu.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of ERP systems is essential for managing and analyzing operational data efficiently..
• The candidate should have experience in managing inventory, including tracking stock levels, handling material movement, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth production operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
