Job Title: Production Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Associate to join our growing team in the children’s wholesale industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience coordinating with factories to ensure timely and high-quality production. Familiarity with AMT systems is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production activities from development through final delivery
• Communicate with domestic and overseas factories to track production timelines and resolve issues
• Monitor order status to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets are met
• Collaborate with design, sales, and logistics teams to support product lifecycle
• Maintain accurate production records, including purchase orders, tech packs, and shipment details
• Assist in troubleshooting production challenges and implementing solutions quickly
• Support quality control processes to ensure all products meet company standards
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in production, preferably in apparel or children’s wholesale
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• Direct experience working with factories (overseas and/or domestic)
• Familiarity with AMT or similar production management systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
