As our production volume grows, we are looking for dedicated team members to join our manufacturing line and help build premium window systems.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Production Associate to assist in manufacturing vinyl window frames, sashes, and related components. This role includes working with saws, punches, welders, assembly tools, and quality inspection stations. No prior window manufacturing experience is required—we will train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as saws, punches, and assembly tools
• Measure, cut, and process vinyl components according to production specifications
• Perform hardware installation on frames and sashes
• Assist with welding, cleaning, and glazing processes (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow company safety procedures
• Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy
• Work as part of a team to meet weekly production goals
• Load/unload materials and prepare completed units for shipment

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Dependable work ethic and good attendance
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 6:30-2:30
