Translate the production schedule into daily cell plans and drive execution.

Assign tasks, balance workloads, and monitor performance to hit production numbers.

Partner with HR/leadership to hire and select production team members.

Verify quality by enforcing standardized checks and compliance to specifications.

Lead training and cross-training; run regular touchpoints to refine development plans.

Define expectations, track results, deliver appraisals and feedback, and apply corrective action when required.

Participate in safety inspections to sustain OSHA compliance.

Maintain an orderly, clean shop floor environment.

Control stock levels for raw materials, supplies, packaging, and finished goods.

Offer guidance and oversight for production on off shifts when needed.

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required).

Bring at least 3 years of supervisory experience.

Have proven success in a fast-paced manufacturing setting (required).

Preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field.

Understanding of manufacturing processes, QMS, and production principles.

Knowledge of CNC and milling operations.

Microsoft applications proficiency.

ERP system experience.

Lead with clarity; communicate and collaborate effectively.

Analyze data, weigh options, and choose the best path to solve problems.
