Bitron has 16 Sales and Technical Centers and 1 After Sales Center in Italy. In addition to the production facilities in Italy, Bitron has a total of 17 production plants in Spain, China, Mexico, Poland and Turkey.

Quality is one of the basic principles of Bitron Group. Bitron Group factories are certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and, depending on the type of production, IATF 16949. Alatri, Cormano, Dronero, Grugliasco, Savona, Rossana, Poland, China and Mexico plants are ISO 45001 certified. In addition our headquarters and Poland plant are ISO 27001 certified.

As Bitron Turkey, we are looking for a teammate “Production Chief” in our newly established factory in Manisa for our developing organizational structure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline,
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal),
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies,
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills,
• Minimum 10 years in factory/operations management in electronics manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing PCB production or closely related processes,
• Strong hands-on experience with PCB manufacturing technologies and testing methods.

Job Description

• Leading the entire PCB production cycle and optimizing processes to ensure production targets are achieved without compromising quality or safety,
• Collaborating with Quality teams to implement process improvements, root cause analysis, and defect reduction strategies. Managing technical troubleshooting,
• Maintaining rigorous quality control standards compliant with IPC standards and customer specifications. Overseeing inspection processes such as AOI, X-ray, and functional testing to ensure product reliability and compliance,
• Drive preventive maintenance programs for key machines such as AOI machines and quickly resolve equipment downtime. Partnering with suppliers and service teams for upgrades and technical support,
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and components critical to PCB production, working in close coordination with procurement and logistics teams to minimize lead times and ensure continuous production flow,
• Ensure factory adherence to occupational health & safety standards and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety awareness and risk management throughout the workforce,
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, technicians and operators. Work in collaboration with Human Resources to organize training programs to improve technical skills and operational excellence,
• Provide detailed operational reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards to executive management.
